At Act Fast we are committed to providing the best training and appraisal system we can in order to develop our staff. We feel that this helps staff feel confident in their abilities and reduces associated stress and anxiety. A supportive network is vital to the success of our school. In order to achieve this we have set aside focussed training days which form part of the school calendar.
